This Privacy Policy explains how Fernando Castro and Casanova Realty Group (“Casanova Realty,” “we,” “us”) collect, use and share information through casanovarealtygroups.com (the “Site”). Casanova Realty Group is a real estate team brokered by eXp Realty. Fernando Castro is licensed in California (DRE #02138947) and Nevada (S.0201418).

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you fill out a form (contact, home valuation, home search, neighborhood inquiry, newsletter or junk removal quote), we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone number, property address, home-search preferences, messages, and your communication choices.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and the referring page, for security and to keep the Site working. If we turn on analytics, it collects similar usage data in aggregate. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and provide the real estate or junk removal services you ask about.
• To prepare home valuations, send listings that match your search, and follow up on your request.
• To send newsletters, market updates or texts, only when you opt in. You can opt out anytime.
• To keep records, as real estate license law and our brokerage require, and to protect the Site from fraud and abuse.

Text messages and calls

If you check a consent box, we may contact you by phone, email or SMS about your real estate inquiry and related updates. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. Consent is never a condition of buying anything. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• with service providers that help us run the Site and our business, such as our website host, our form-delivery service and our contact-management tools, who may use it only to provide those services;
• with our brokerage, eXp Realty, where required for supervision, recordkeeping and compliance;
• with lenders, escrow and title companies, inspectors or other professionals, but only when you ask us to or as needed to complete your transaction; and
• when required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and transaction records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and brokerage recordkeeping requirements, and then delete or de-identify them.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your choices and rights

• You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing fernando.j.castro@exprealty.com or calling (702) 530-5370.
• Nevada residents: we do not sell covered information as defined in NRS 603A. You can still submit an opt-out request to the email above.
• California residents: you may have rights under California privacy law to know, delete or correct personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for using your rights.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Links to other sites

The Site links to third-party websites, such as government sources and community pages. Their privacy practices are their own.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
