Who we are
Fernando Castro, REALTOR®, CA DRE #02138947, NV License S.0201418. Casanova Realty Group is a real estate team brokered by eXp Realty (CA DRE #02188471). Real estate services are provided through eXp Realty.
Information only, not advice
Site content, including blog articles, neighborhood guides, statistics and valuations, is for general information. It is not legal, tax, financial, lending or investment advice. Talk with a qualified attorney, CPA or lender about your situation. All information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed and should be independently verified. Neighborhood statistics come from the U.S. Census Bureau and may be out of date.
No agency relationship
Using the Site or submitting a form does not create an agency or client relationship. That only happens through a signed agreement and the agency disclosures required by Nevada or California law.
Past transactions and listings
Properties in our portfolio are past transactions shown for reference and are not currently offered for sale. Listing information was supplied by the multiple listing service and the listing brokerage at the time of sale. Home-search results we send you are subject to prior sale, price changes and withdrawal.
Home valuations
Valuations and market analyses are opinions of value meant to help with planning. They are not appraisals and should not be relied on for lending.
Junk removal services
Casanova Junk Removal LV junk removal and hauling is a separate service line owned by Fernando Castro. It is not a real estate service and is not offered through or affiliated with eXp Realty. Quotes are estimates based on the photos and description you provide; the final price is confirmed before work begins. Trailer rentals are subject to the rental terms provided at booking.
Fair housing
We are committed to equal housing opportunity and comply with all federal, Nevada and California fair housing laws.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the Site. That means no submitting false information, scraping, trying to break in or disrupt it, or using it for anything unlawful.
Intellectual property
Site text, design, logos and original photos belong to Casanova Realty or its licensors. Don’t copy or reuse them without written permission. eXp Realty and REALTOR® are marks of their respective owners.

When you send us information, you confirm it is accurate and yours to share, and you let us use it to respond to you as described in our Privacy Policy.
